A shaker card, filled with sequins, mini stars and lots of glitter. Its not possible to have too much glitter, right? Shake the card and all stars, sequins en glitter will  move around.

Main materials:

  • Lawn Fawn “summertime” dies and stamp;
  • watercolor paint and paper;
  • doublesided sticky foamtape;
  • an old projector sheet (to create the transparity jarpiece).

  1. The base card (card backing) was painted to create the dark sky-like background;
  2. the foam was added by cutting foam strips and alligning them really close to each other just on the outline of the jar;

Main materials used:
  • Lawn fawn "summertime" dies and stampset;
  • Watercolor paint and cardstock;
  • Inkpad (Stazon, jet black).

  1. first cut out the card: fold the watercolor paper and place the die on the fold;
  2. the layered effect, with some strawberries in front of others, is created by masking:
    1. Stamp a strawberry;
    2. cover the strawberry with small pieces of washitape or paper;
    3. stamp another strawberry, partly on the masked strawberry;
    4. remove the mask!
       The effect is enhanced if the "second" strawberry line is vague or blurry.
3. The strawberries are painted with a mix of deep orange and berry red.
